olizze will accept, for return or exchange, items that are purchased off our website within 30 days of the purchase under the following conditions:

The product is not broken and there are no visible signs of damage or wear
All original packaging is intact
Item is not engraved or customized
Any sign of damage will compromise the guarantee

Item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate under garments or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gasses.

To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase order confirmation email with your order number.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item as well as the approval or rejection status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds
There is often some processing time between financial institutions typically 2–3 days. If you have not received your refund after this timeframe, please email olizze@outlook.com so we can investigate further.

Warranty
Our lifetime warranty ensures that if your item arrives damaged, broken, or of poor quality, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost. Refunds are not available for issues covered under warranty, as replacements are provided instead.

Gifts
Follow the same return instructions above. If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the return is processed.

Damaged Items
